Blue Rose Consulting Group, Inc. Scrum Master in Washington, District Of Columbia
Blue Rose is seeking a Scrum Master to support our work with a federal client. This is a Remote role. This role is open to U.S. Citizens ONLY.
Successful candidates must have a Secret Security Clearance.
In this role you will:
Acts as an enabler for the effective functioning of an engineering and analytics team using Agile methodologies
Work in partnership with the Release Train Engineer, team delivery leads, and Bureau Chief Data Officer to help realize project goals
Coach and mentor the Scrum Team, removing barriers to successful implementation and enabling a continued focus on the task at hand
Facilitate scrum and agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives
Support preparation and participation in ART and program-wide agile ceremonies such as Scrum of Scrums, system demos, and feature acceptance
Identify and report progress via appropriate metrics
REQUIREMENTS:
Candidates must have:
5+ years experience with Agile Scrum Project Management
5+ years experience with Agile Leadership
3+ years experience with Agile Change Management
PREFERRED Skills:
Experience in Azure DevOps (highly desired)
EDUCATION:
Bachelors
Salary: $115,000 - $125,000, Dependent on Experience
