Responsibilities
Provide content strategy support to understand the needs of OJP users.
Design, plan and execute user & stakeholder research and identify product-level patterns, trends, and frameworks.
Collaborate with project and portfolio managers to support project activities.
Participate in ongoing decisions regarding design, data collection, data analysis, methodology, and process improvement as related to the user’s experience.
Meeting coordination, facilitation and note talking
Other duties as assigned
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree
Minimum of 4 years of analyst experience
Substitute plus 7 years’ experience with no degree
SAFe Agilist Certification within 90 days after start date
Ability to pass Public Trust / MBI background investigation
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Writing meets college Baccalaureate degree standards for English grammar, spelling, and composition
Ability to prioritize and work on tight deadlines
Attention to detail and accuracy
Ability to interact with a variety of individuals in a courteous and professional manner
Final salary determination based on skill-set, qualifications, and approved funding.
