Kadiak, LLC, a Koniag Government Services company , is seeking a Program Management Strategic Analyst Lead with a Top-Secret Clearance to support Kadiak and our government customer in Washington, DC.

Koniag is looking for an excellent communicator with consulting skills to perform strategic management and project management work at the FBI. Our ideal candidate is logical and proactive, thinks through their activities and understands how their work contributes to Koniag’s value to the client, as well as how their work fits with fits within the client’s portfolio of activities. They then take action to help the team deliver that value. Prior or current work experience at the FBI or experience with Financial and/or Facility based applications/processes is highly desirable.

The candidate must demonstrate excellent written and oral communications skills, be self-driven, and work collaboratively with the members of the project team. He/she should work with the team to help the client achieve the most mission value with the available funding. The ideal candidate will demonstrate excellent listening skills and ask relevant insightful questions in interactions with colleagues and clients. The candidate will be able to capture and present ideas articulately and persuasively to colleagues and clients, promote team morale, and enhance productivity.

Essential Functions, Responsibilities & Duties may include, but are not limited to:

  • Analyze various aspects of how an organization is functioning, including management, processes, structure, culture, and performance.

  • Strong understanding and experience with requirements gathering techniques, Change Management, Risk Analysis, and Metrics Reporting.

  • Serve as a principal advisor; provide an outside perspective on internal projects and situations, frequently challenge the status quo, and act as a change agent.

  • Focus on understanding why and how effectively an organization, program, process, or group of people function in the present manner; identify how performance could be improved; and what should be done to bring about the improvement in effectiveness and/or efficiency.

  • Conduct organizational or process analysis, utilizing qualitative and quantitative analysis tools and techniques. Identifying the source of problems and making recommendations for solutions including designing and implementing appropriate organizational interventions shall also be required.

  • Apply organizational and management theory and principles to understand and improve organizational effectiveness and efficiency in achieving business goals.

  • Assist senior management and executives with tracking strategic objectives and milestones.

  • Attend and facilitate several technical and non-technical meetings.

  • Capture meeting minutes and assist with schedule and/or calendar prioritization for senior leaders.

  • Manage content within a SharePoint environment.

  • Develop various SOPs as needed at the strategic and tactical level within an organization.

  • Work with all levels within the organization, from leadership and senior management to the workforce; interactions may include coaching, interviewing, workshop facilitation, training, and surveys.

  • Provide management and guidance to other company staff.

  • Assist in development and management of project schedules.

Work Experience, Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:

  • 8+years of experience

  • 5+ years of related experience

  • PMP or other similar Management certification

  • Critical thinker with strong logical reasoning abilities

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

  • Proven track record of identifying process improvement areas.

  • Experience with a client-facing position as well as back office, managerial responsibilities.

  • Change Agent; understands the critical aspects of leading organizational change efforts and stakeholder management.

  • Project Manager that understands the phases of project management and is familiar with product management lifecycle.

  • Preferred experience as a team lead (or project lead) managing employees with direct reports.

  • Must be able to create executive-level Microsoft Office deliverables (PowerPoint Presentations, Excel Spreadsheets, Word Documents, etc.)

  • Knowledge of Microsoft SharePoint

  • Familiar with adapting and applying IT and agile methodologies.

  • Top- Secret Clearance

Working Environment & Conditions

This job operates in a professional office environment and has a noise level of mostly low to moderate. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets and fax machines.

This position is primarily indoors, consistent with a standard office position and has a noise level of mostly low to moderate. The incumbent is required to stand, walk; sit; use hands to finger, handle, or feel objects, tools, or controls; reach with hands and arms; talk and hear. The workload may require the incumbent to sit for extended periods of time. The incumbent must be able to read, do simple math calculations and withstand moderate amounts of stress.

The incumbent must occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 lbs. Specific vision abilities required by the job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus.
