Amentum is recruiting a Program Excellence Director , for the upcoming USAID-funded NextGen HIV Proposal, valued at $3B, one of the Next Generation Global Health Supply Chain Suite of Programs. Amentum is a global leader in logistics and supply chain with a 65-year history of providing international organizations with support for humanitarian, development and mission-critical operations at large scale that is expanding its global health practice.
POSITION SUMMARY:
The Program Excellence Director leads and advises the organization through continual process improvement initiatives and through timely and controlled PSA transition Phase I-III toward USAID's journey to localization.
JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Organizes and manages GHSCA leadership on people, processes, and tools to assume supply chain responsibility from the current PSM contractor. Ensures transition, change management, supply chain optimization, and sustainable performance aspect of the project. Works with the Regional Office teams to adjust and refine processes, procedures, and staffing to improve performance and achieve results. Ensures the vision on supply chain excellence is clearly documented and communicated internally and externally.
REQUIRED SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS:
Master’s degree in a relevant field.
Three (3) years of experience in functional excellence organizations, change management,
organizational change management, business transformation or other similar roles.
Ten (10) years of experience in management consulting and/or organizational management.
Relevant experience with USAID-funded projects, public health projects, or supply chain management projects.
Possess proven experience in multidisciplinary teams on large engagements, complex projects using lean Six Sigma, Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe), or similar approaches to analyze. advantages and disadvantages of potential solutions.
USAID experience.
