Functional Responsibilities:

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Program Analyst for our Washington D.C. office reporting directly to our National Capital Region Director! This opportunity is hybrid, reporting on site a minimum of 3 days per week.

Candidate will be expected to multi-task efficiently and effectively across several programmatic support areas, including: budget monitoring, data entry for employee and customer correspondence, meeting preparation and support and candidate screening. Personal interaction with customer, potential employees and current employees. Strong communication skills are essential for building and maintaining internal team and external relationships. The Program Analyst will also support new business pursuits and business growth objectives.

Job Duties: The I2X Program Analyst will support the Business Unit Manager in executing the following areas: •Cost, schedule, technical and contractual performance and compliance •Managing and controlling schedules and cost while ensuring that all requirements are met within the funds provided in the program/contract, on time, within budget, and at the highest level of performance in all aspects of the contractual effort. •Program Growth - Maintaining profitability and growing revenue of Business Unit program(s) •Staffing and retention of personnel on contract •Leading and supporting company events and initiatives •Working closely with Business Development, Human Resources, Finance, Contracts, Talent Acquisition and I2X Leadership to drive and support company initiatives and pursuits •Developing recommendations to improve methods, processes, performance, and quality of product and/or service, and suggesting changes to increase efficiency. •Preparing reports and technical reviews to senior management (as requested). •Using independent judgment to accomplish objectives.

Qualifications

Experience Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree required • Attention to detail and quick paced at administrative tasks

• Technical writing skills and detail oriented

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office (Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint). • Success driven and highly motivated

While performing the duties of this job, the employee will regularly sit, walk, stand and climb stairs and steps. May require walking long distance from parking to work station. Occasionally, movement that requires twisting at the neck and/or trunk more than the average person, squatting/ stooping/kneeling, reaching above the head, and forward motion will be required. The employee will continuously be required to repeat the same hand, arm, or finger motion many times. Manual and finger dexterity are essential to this position. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close, distance, depth perception and telling differences among colors. The employee must be able to communicate through speech with clients and public. Hearing requirements include conversation in both quiet and noisy environments. Lifting may require floor to waist, waist to shoulder, or shoulder to overhead movement of up to 20 pounds. This position demands tolerance for various levels of mental stress.
