Job Summary
Aetos Systems, Inc., a leading provider of innovative IT solutions, is seeking an experienced Program Acquisition Analyst to join our team in the Washington DC area. This role is remote, with occasional in-office visits as needed.
Successful candidates will be skilled in supporting and training users on database systems, with expertise in analyzing data to enhance system effectiveness across the organization.
In this role, you’ll support project objectives, provide technical insights, and analyze the business implications of applying the metrics derived from the MedPDB database.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide analysis and recommendations on project/program topics and objectives
Prepare documentation for business planning meetings and strategic discussions
Suggest suitable training and MEDPDB initiatives
Draft training proposals and plans for government review
Assess impacts of new and updated requirements, advising on resource allocation
Utilize project management methodologies to consistently guide, control, and execute VA projects related to MedPDB
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent
3 years of experience in program management
Must possess an IT-II security clearance or have a current National Agency Check with Local Agency Check and Credit Check (NACLC)
Must be a U.S. Citizen with the ability to pass a background investigation
Preferred Skills:
Expertise with MedPDB systems and healthcare data management
Strong project management and business analysis skills
Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
Experience with Training development and materials using MS suite
