Blue Rose Consulting Group, Inc. Product Manager Director in Washington, District Of Columbia

Blue Rose is seeking a Product Manager Director (Government Contracting) to support our work with multiple federal clients. This is a Hybrid role supporting our government clients across the Washington, DC area and is open to U.S. Citizens only. 

Successful candidates are required to have an Active Secret Security Clearance. 

In this role you will:

  • Help define new market opportunities, establish target audience, develop product collaterals and competitive differentiation assets.

  • Participate in sales and marketing engagements to bring new market perspectives.

  • Support and participate in external events like trade shows, customer meetings, pre-sale demos, business events, and engagement with leading industry analysts.

  • Work closely with the marketing team to build release themes, product strategy, and go-to-market plans.

  • Build relationships and work closely with other product managers and engineering teams to provide and prioritize external requirements.

  • Interface and proactively manage requirements from stakeholders inside and outside of the organization to help build short-term and long-term product roadmap that delivers a winning product portfolio across customer segments, verticals, and business functions.

  • Configure, build and show showing compelling demos across the breadth of the product portfolio.

  • Champion product and platform capabilities to deliver a delightful user experience and ease of use to customers and partners.

  • Engage with and support the Senior Management team leaders as required.

  • Domestic and international travel required.

REQUIREMENTS:

Candidates must have:

  • 15+ years of overall experience with 5 years of experience working in product management.

  • Should have deep domain expertise in Source to Pay (S2P) and Lead to Cash (L2C).

  • Demonstrated experience in Enterprise B2B platforms or ERP systems.

  • Deep understanding of how technology can enable business value.

  • Working knowledge of SAP Ariba and SAP S/4HANA Procurement is preferred.

  • Exposure to building REST/SOAP API based integration solutions in both cloud and hybrid.

  • Experience launching products to market (Ideation to Launch & Positioning).

  • Significant contribution driving product strategy & delivering roadmap.

  • Proficiency in driving hands-on labs as well as building and delivering compelling demos at various events.

  • Top notch written, presentation, and verbal communication skills.

  • Ability to build and defend business cases.

Education:

  • Bachelor's Degree or Master's degree in a technical field such as Computer Science or Engineering

  • MBA is preferred

Salary: $165,000 – $195,000, Depending on Experience
