U.S. Mint Lead Business Analyst in Washington, District Of Columbia

Summary This position is located at US Mint,Manufacturing Directorate - Plan and Customer Support Division. As a Lead Business Analyst, you will lead Inventory Team activities in receiving, transferring, counting, transacting, and accounting and all other processing of Manufacturing Headquarters inventory. Responsibilities As a Lead Business Analyst, you will: Lead Team activities in receiving, transferring, counting, transacting and accounting and all other processing of Manufacturing HQ inventory. Provide oversight and support to all sites on inventory control activities, Manufacturing Standard Operating Procedures, A-123 audits, and IT System requirements. Provide training in inventory and manufacturing processes to Mint personnel as needed. Provide oversight to ERP System setup activities for Inventory Items. Be the primary business process lead for Inventory management and Manufacturing processes at HQ. Requirements Conditions of Employment All employees must wear face masks while on MINT property when required by CDC and Federal guidelines. A one-year probationary period may be required. Must be U.S. Citizen or U.S. National Qualifications You must meet the following requirements within 14 days of the closing date of this announcement. The experience may have been gained in either the public, private sector or volunteer service. One year of experience refers to full-time work; part-time work is considered on a prorated basis. Specialized Experience for the GS-14 is one year of experience at a level of difficulty and responsibility equivalent to the GS-13 grade level in the Federal service, or equivalent, which has equipped the candidate with the particular knowledge, skills, and abilities to successfully perform the duties of the position. Specialized experience for this position includes: Using an Enterprise Resource Management system to accurately manage and track inventory and resolve discrepancies, AND Writing inventory reports and procedures, AND Providing oversight of Inventory related financial transactions. In addition to the above requirements, you must meet the following time-in-grade requirement, if applicable: For the GS-14 you must have been at the GS-13 level for 52 weeks.
