Currently, ManTech is seeking a motivated, career and customer-oriented Knowledge Management Tool Configuration/Maintenance Specialist to join our team in DMV area . Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

The Knowledge Management Tool Configuration/Maintenance Specialist supports the development, operations, and maintenance for various software, platforms, and systems such as SharePoint, ServiceNow, and Remedy, and ICON AI capabilities. They also establish and maintain consistency of a system’s functional and performance attributes with its requirements, design, and operational information throughout the system lifecycle. They contribute to maintenance, technical support, and policy enforcement, as well as assist in the maintenance of sites and subsites, libraries, lists, site collections, and backend designs that are tailored to support end user requirements. They monitor, troubleshoot, and resolve application, software, web, database, and network issues. They maintain, update, develop, and sustain technical documents, analyses, and reports. They provide technical support in all customer interaction situations, including receipt of specifications, designs, tests, and responses to service requests. They manage disk space usage, file size limits, and site quotas, as well as create and manage content databases.

Basic Qualifications:

  • High School and 4 years of additional experience or Associate's Degree and 2 years of additional experience may be exchanged in lieu of a required Bachelor's degree

  • A candidate holding a relevant Master’s degree may be granted 2 years’ experience credit for that extra education. A candidate holding a relevant PhD degree may be granted 4 years’ experience credit for that extra education.

  • Bachelor's degree in an IT, Business, Engineering, Math, Science, or related field. Direct relevant experience with SharePoint servers and services. Ability or skills with ASP.Net, JavaScript, Visual Studio, XML, and C#. Advanced skills in Microsoft Office Suite, Project, and/or SharePoint. DoD 8570.01-m IAT Level II Certification within 6 months of commencing work on the Task Order. 5 years of relevant experience.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Master's degree in an IT, Business, Engineering, Math, Science, or related field. Experience in the following areas: Java, Eclipse, Tomcat or WildFly, JVM, Apache CXF, Apache Axis, ORM framework, JDBC, SQL, JavaScript, JQuery, Bootstrap, HTML 5, Spring Batch, Log4J, Junit, Jmockit Subversion, SonarQube, and Maven. Relevant industry standard certifications such as Certified Safety Professional (CSP) or Certified Functional Safety Expert (CFSE).

Clearance Requirements:

  • Must be a US Citizen

  • Must have an active TS/SCI with CI Polygraph

Physical Requirements :

The person in this position must be able to remain in a stationary position 50% of the time. Occasionally move about inside the office to access file cabinets, office machinery, or to communicate with co-workers, management, and customers, via email, phone, and or virtual communication, which may involve delivering presentations
