Responsibilities
Shall maintain 100% readiness of NESA Center IT network/website and IT ED platform.
Serve as the NESA Center POC for all IT and A/V issues.
Coordinate with NDU IT to ensure NESA Center is compliant with DoD regulations and provide team support as required or request.
Update and maintain the functionality, layout, navigation, content, platform, and security for the official - NESA Center website, including making modifications and enhancements, as directed, to the content management system/platform, implementing environment, menu options, external integration, templates, workflow integration, and other functionalities as required.
Set up, establish, and run, in conjunction with others as necessary, all IT and A/V programs to include virtual distance learning programs via various media as required.
Assist faculty and staff with understanding how to use various platforms to conduct Distance Learning programs and program management.
Provide advice and establish SOPs to maintain the NESA Center’s website, establish/set up and run seminars with available IT and audio-visual equipment, and instructions for how to conduct distance learning programs via various platforms.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree in a computer-related field and/or systems/software development certification.
Minimum five years’ experience working in U.S. Government computer systems and in web development. Knowledge of Department of Defense (DOD) web policy and regulations. Must show experience working with Drupal 7 and 8, Power BI, GlobalNet, and managing distance learning programs for a think tank, college or university, or DoD regional center. Must have minimum DoD cyber security certifications.
Tier 3 Security Certification.
Must have Secret clearance.

120,000.00
