Job Description:

Parsons is looking for an amazingly talented Intelligence Dissemination Analyst to join our team! In this role you will get to prepare and process foreign disclosure requests and propose recommendations to the Government per U.S. disclosure and release policies and guidance

What You'll Be Doing:

  • Perform quality control over intelligence products, verifying that DIA standards for publication are satisfied and products are forwarded to the Government lead for final approval. Standards include: Controlled Access Program Coordination Office (CAPCO) Classification Guidance, Directorate for Analysis (DI) Classification Guide (provided post-award), ICS 500-21 Tagging Intelligence and Intelligence related information, ICD 501 Intelligence Discovery Standards, and ICD 206 Intelligence Sourcing Standards

  • The contractor shall ensure the timely, accurate, and complete generation and modification of intelligence product metadata consistent with Government-approved standards.

  • Produce product metadata in the following formats: IC Hypertext Markup Language (HTML), IC Microsoft Project (MSP) Extensible Markup Language (XML), and North Atlantic Treaty Organization (NATO) XML.

  • The contractor shall perform cross-domain product (and associated material) dissemination

  • Use Government-specified technology to move intelligence products and associated files including CD/DVD burners, Information Support Server Environment (ISSE) Guard, Department of Defense Intelligence Information Systems (DODIIS) One-Way Transfer Service (DOTS), Multi-Domain Dissemination System (MDDS), and Cross Domain Intelligence Release (CDIR).

  • Perform timely and accurate determination of the list of authorized recipient agencies of DIA’s finished intelligence.

What Required Skills You'll Bring:

  • 8+ years working in intelligence or a related field; at least 4 of those doing research and analysis.

  • Experience working in the DoD

  • Experience with engaging with senior government and military officials

  • Experience with using Microsoft Office Suite

  • Active TS/SCI clearance required; willingness to take a polygraph exam

What Desired Skills You'll Bring:

  • Experience downgrading classified materials

  • Knowledge of the EUCOM AOR

  • 4+ years of experience with all-source analysis production

  • Experience with data analytics, analysis, and visualization

  • Knowledge of the intelligence cycle

  • Ability to demonstrate a willingness to learn

  • Possession of excellent interpersonal skills

  • Possession of excellent verbal and written communication skills, including briefing

  • TS/SCI clearance with a polygraph

Salary Range:

$83,300.00 - $145,800.00
