VISTA Technology Services, Inc. (VISTA) is currently seeking an Infrastructure Services Project Manager to support our NAVSEA customer at the Washington Navy Yard in Washington, DC. This is a hybrid position reporting onsite 2/3 days a week.Responsibilities:The Project Manager will provide cradle-to-grave project management support including cost, schedule, and performance to the Program Executive Office (PEO) Infrastructure Services (IS) portfolio Navy/USMC services owners. Additionally, they will:Provide Information Technology Service Management (ITSM) life-cycle project management support to deliver on time, within budget, and meet the performance requirementsUtilize a combination of traditional project management and Agile methodology to manage planning, scheduling, execution and delivery of IT projects in a changing and fast pace environmentDevelop statements of objectives (SOO) to meet government requirementsReview vendor proposals within infrastructure services project areasDevelop program baselines and identify program risksCollaborate with cross-functional teams to anticipate, mitigate, implement and deliver migration plans and infrastructure solutions to resolve risks and conflicts across workstreams, including all required documentation and programmatic inputsContinually evaluate and access project status and provide project metrics reports and briefingsUtilize combination of traditional project management and Agile methologyBasic Qualifications:Bachelor’s Degree and 5 years of demonstrated experience in DoD IT Program Management and Acquisition Management for ACAT programs across the acquisition life-cycle OR Associate’s Degree and 9 years of experience; 11 years of experience will be considered in lieu of a degreeCertified Agile Certified Practitioner, Agile Project Delivery Management (APM), Scaled Agilist (SAFe 5), and/or Lean Six Sigma Black Belt desiredExperience as a Project Manager providing cradle-to-grave project management support including cost, schedule, and performanceExperience with the Information Technology Service Management (ITSM) life-cycle and information technology operationsKnowledge of technical concepts, best practices, and developing client solutions requiredProven IT project management experience using combination of traditional project management and Agile methodology in DoD IT environmentExperience developing IT program baselines and project SOOsExperience reviewing and accessing project status and developing project metrics reports and briefingsExperience working with cross functional teams to identify and resolve risks and conflicts across work streamsStrong leadership skills, experienced in managing complex, cross-functional projects, preferably within the defense or government sectorsProficient using project management tools and software. ServiceNow experience helpfulExcellent written and verbal communication skills, comfortable with and skilled at collaborating with cross-functional teams and interacting with senior and government personnelActive DoD Secret clearance required Applicants selected for this position will be subject to a government security investigation and must meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information.
