Insight Global HR Data Analyst in Washington, District Of Columbia
Job Description
Insight Global is looking for a Data Analyst to support the HRIS team within the HR organization that is developing electric aircraft for commercial air transportation. This role will be in-office 5 days a week in Irvine, CA. In this role, they'll be responsible for analyzing and interpreting large data sets to provide insights and recommendations to cross-functional teams. This person will gather, analyze and report on such data as well as create customized solution to tell the story of the data in the requested areas. This individual will also enter and ensure the data's integrity into the HRIS system are accurate and continually audited. Additional responsibilities include:
Collaborate with stakeholders to identify business questions and and translate them into data and analysis requirements
Identify data integrity issues and provide and implement solutions to improve and optimize processes for data accuracy and completeness
Oversee data collection, cleansing and manipulation processes to ensure data is readily accessible
Assist with analyzing and validating the payroll processing to ensure accuracy of the entries based on known issues and the data in the database
Assist with basic reporting and compilation requests from the business
Salary Range: $80,000 - $114,400

3+ years as a Data Analyst
Experience with data analytics for ADP Workforce Now
Advanced proficiency with Excel - PowerBi experience
