Robert Half Help Desk Analyst in Washington, District Of Columbia

Description We are in search of a Help Desk Analyst I to join our team in WASHINGTON, District of Columbia. In this role, you will be responsible for a variety of tasks related to incident management, software and application troubleshooting, network connectivity, and IT security. You will work in a fast-paced environment where you will use your skills in Intune, MS Office 365, and Active Directory.

Responsibilities:

• Manage and track incidents and service requests via ServiceNow, escalating when necessary to ensure prompt service and meeting of SLAs.

• Analyze, troubleshoot, and provide tier 1 support for software and application issues, including O365 applications and other approved corporate applications.

• Identify and resolve network connectivity issues, escalating more complex problems as needed.

• Administer Active Directory and Exchange Online, including account management, distribution group management, and public folder management.

• Administer and troubleshoot multi-factor authentication for accounts.

• Manage and update devices in Microsoft Intune.

• Collaborate with project offices to ensure project systems align with IT Security Standards.

• Respond to and take action on Microsoft Endpoint protection security alerts, escalating to the Cyber Security Team when necessary. Requirements • Proficiency in Intune software is necessary.

• Must possess strong skills in MS Office 365.

• Experience with Active Directory is required.

• Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues.

• Excellent communication and customer service skills.

• Ability to work in a team-oriented environment.

• Experience in a help desk or technical support role is preferred.

• Must be able to prioritize and manage multiple tasks.

• Strong problem-solving skills are essential.

• Familiarity with IT protocols and standards.

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field is preferred.
