Actalent Environmental Consulting Project Manager in Washington, District Of Columbia

Description:

Our client is looking for a an individual to fill a full-time position for Environmental Consulting Project Manager in the Environmental Consulting Division. They are looking for someone within the DC Metro region or reside in Washington, DC. This is a remote, out of office position – working from home and out of clients’ sites.

Requirements:

  • B.S. in a related field such as Geology, Environmental Science, Geological Sciences, Biology, Chemistry, or Environmental Engineering

  • 40 OSHA HAZWOPER

  • Experience with writing a Phase I report

  • Must meet qualifications as an Environmental Professional (EP) in accordance with 40 C.F.R. § 312.10(b). with a minimum of 5 years of experience

  • Conduct due diligence projects including TSAs, Phase I/II ESAs, and RSRAs in accordance with ASTM International standards

Responsibilities:

  • Perform field activities and appropriate reporting for regulatory cases

  • Sampling of soil, groundwater, vapor, and indoor air

  • Knowledge of regulatory programs in the service region

  • Carry out reporting in accordance with state mandated regulatory requirements

  • Management of due diligence service line in the DC area (Washington DC, VA, MD)
