SAIC Cyber Training Program Analyst in WASHINGTON, District Of Columbia
Description
SAIC is seeking a Program Analyst in Arlington, VA to provide cyber training planning, coordination, and execution in support of the Army National Guard (ARNG) cyber forces and the broader military community on the Military Intelligence Services Support (MISS) Task Order.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Assist the ARNG customer in ensuring ARNG cyber soldiers receive top-notch training to accomplish their mission in defending the nation’s critical cyber infrastructure.
Analyze dynamic training requirements from USCYBERCOM, ARCYBER, and the US Army Cyber Center of Excellence.
Support the planning of ARNG cyber training to fulfil these requirements, focusing on Job Qualification Record (JQR) validation.
Coordinate for necessary resources, including instructors, equipment, and training locations.
Oversee execution of training, resolving problems and capturing lessons learned.
Represent ARNG equities for cyber JQR at conferences and senior leader engagements.
Maintain strong relationships with stakeholders throughout the JQR lifecycle.
Qualifications
Required Education and Experience:
- Bachelor's and six (6) years of relevant experience; Additional four (4) years of experience in lieu of a degree.
Required Security Clearance:
Must have an active Top Secret Security Clearance with the ability to obtain a to obtain a Top Secret/SCI clearance (US Citizenship required).
US Citizenship required.
Required Skills:
Experience coordinating with stakeholders across multiple components, such as Active Army, National Guard, and Reserves.
Team-oriented individual with exceptional communication, coordination, and engagement skills.
Familiarity with Army training management concepts and systems.
Desired Skills:
Prior military experience.
Experience working with cyber operations forces.
Target salary range: $80,001 - $120,000. The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position based on experience and other factors.
