UnitedHealth Group Customer Service Engineer - Remote in Washington, District Of Columbia

We are seeking Multiple System Administrators across multiple products (Salesforce, Microsoft Power Platform, Appian, Box and Pega) to help manage and provide End User and platform support for an exciting upcoming federal contract (contingent on award). You will be responsible for supporting End Users of various business solutions configured on the platform. Each successful candidate will have solid technical expertise and a deep understanding of the product platform.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Administer and configure the system environment in line with business requirements and best practices

  • Manage user access, security roles, and permissions within environment

  • Monitor system performance, conduct regular health checks, and implement optimizations and updates

  • Troubleshoot and resolve Application-related issues, providing ongoing support

  • Maintain documentation for system configurations, procedures, and guidelines for Application users

  • Conduct training sessions and workshops to increase adoption and proficiency among end-users

  • Stay up to date with the latest product features and enhancements

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field OR 8 years of additional relevant experience may be substituted for education

  • Minimum of 1 of these platform specific certifications:

  • Certified Salesforce Administrator

  • Appian Certified Associate Developer

  • Microsoft Certified: Power Platform Developer Associate

  • Certified Pega System Architect

  • 3+ years of proven experience in administering on the Salesforce, Microsoft Power Platform, Pega or Appian platforms

  • Service desk or other experience working in a customer service capacity

  • Familiarity with application security, governance, and compliance features

  • United States citizenship

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Additional Platform Certifications (Salesforce, Microsoft, Appian, Pega, Box etc.)

  • Experience working in Federal Government

  • Proven solid analytical and problem-solving skills to effectively manage environment applications

  • Proven excellent communication and training skills, with the ability to engage with users of varying technical proficiency

  • Proven ability to communicate both verbally and in written form

  • Reliable internet service that allows for effective telecommuting

  • Must be able to obtain and maintain a suitability or determination of eligibility for a Confidential/Secret or Top Secret security clearance

  • Must be able to conduct work and be available in VA communication channels during (EST business hours)

  • Must be eligible to work in the United States

  • All work must be conducted in the United States

Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to education, work experience, certifications, etc. In addition to your salary, UnitedHealth Group offers benefits such as, a comprehensive benefits package, incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase and 401k contribution (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements).
