Our work depends on a Configuration Analyst Advisor – Service Catalog joining our team to evolve and maintain network infrastructure for the Department of Energy, National Nuclear Security Administration.
HOW A CONFIGURATION ANALYST ADVISOR - SERVICE CATALOG WILL MAKE AN IMPACT:
• Define the purpose, scope, and audience for the service catalog.
• Design, build, and implement a structured and organized service catalog that captures all service information and meets the needs of the stakeholders.
• Continuously evaluate and test the service catalog information is kept up-to-date and regularly review for quality assurance.
• Test and refine service catalog to test functionality and ensure the platform is user-friendly.
• Manage all incoming service requests.
WHAT YOU’LL NEED TO SUCCEED:
Education:
- Bachelor’s Degree (substitutions will be based on additional years of experience)
Required Experience:
- 10+ years of related experience
Required Technical Skills:
- Demonstrated experience with Database Analysis, Database Management, Database Administration, Data Analysis
Security Clearance Level:
Possess Q or TS level clearance (or their equivalency) with the ability to obtain a Q level clearance
Incumbent must be eligible to obtain and maintain such clearance as a condition of employment
Required Skills and Abilities:
- Proficient Written and Oral Communication; Organization, Problem Solving, Communication, and Teamwork

The likely salary range for this position is $119,862 - $162,166. This is not, however, a guarantee of compensation or salary. Rather, salary will be set based on experience, geographic location and possibly contractual requirements and could fall outside of this range.
