Project Tasks:
Gather requirements for reporting needs by collaborating with lead and stakeholders as required
Analyze data sources and systems to determine data availability and quality
Design and develop data models and structures to support reporting requirements
Extract, transform, and load data from various sources into reporting tools
Create and design reports using Tableau and Business Objects, or other visualization tools
Develop and maintain dashboards and visualizations for reporting purposes
Test and validate reports to ensure accuracy and reliability
Document report specifications, data mappings, and data definitions
Provide support and troubleshooting for reporting issues

Primary Responsibilities:
Analyze and understand reporting requirements
Identify and gather relevant data from different sources
Develop and maintain data models and structures
Design and create reports using Tableau , Business Objects, or other relevant visualization tools
Collaborate with leads and stakeholders to validate and refine reporting needs
Ensure data accuracy and reliability in reports
Provide support and troubleshooting for reporting tools and processes
Document and communicate reporting processes and best practices
Stay updated with the latest features and functionalities of Tableau and Business Objects
Continuously improve reporting solutions and processes

Required Qualifications:
Experience in working with cross-functional teams and stakeholders
Proficiency with Tableau and Business Objects
Proficiency in data analysis, data modeling, and SQL
Familiarity with data visualization best practices and techniques
Proven solid analytical and problem-solving skills
Proven excellent communication and collaboration skills
Proven attention to detail and ability to work with large datasets
Proven ability to understand complex business requirements and translate them into technical solutions
Ability to obtain and maintain a government security clearance, if required
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience working in CMMI Level 3 (or higher) environments
Experience in data analysis and reporting in a business intelligence environment
Experience with one or more DevOps toolsets such as Github, ELK (Elasticsearch, Logstash, Kibana) Stack, JIRA, Bamboo/Jenkins, Confluence, SIEM, GRC, Splunk, Copado, Codescan, Provar, Eggplant, Commvault/Capstorm, Colibra, Secure network management, Endpoint protection
Knowledge of project management methodologies and tools
Familiarity with data governance and data quality principles
Familiarity in one or more popular low-code/no-code platforms such as Salesforce, Microsoft Power Apps, Pega, or Appian
Proven to be confident and proactive self-starter, skilled in taking initiative, assessing requirements, coming up with plans, and taking the lead in making plans reality
Proven to demonstrate a high degree of adaptability, comfortable in establishing new directions, managing rapid change, and trying different approaches to deal with uncharted territories
Proven excellent written and verbal communication skills to coordinate teamwork and collaborate with management and stakeholders

Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to local labor markets, education, work experience, certifications, etc. UnitedHealth Group complies with all minimum wage laws as applicable.
