TekSystems is currently hiring for BILINGUAL Medical Office Assisant/MAs in the Washington DC area! These positions can start in the next 2 weeks!

Skills Needed:
2+ years of medical administration and healthcare experience
Bilingual Spanish
Medical Assistant Certification Required (AAMA or NHA preferred)
Clinical experience
EMR experience
A Day In The Role:
Front Desk
Registration of patients
Scheduling appointments
Insurance verification
Rooming Patients
Prepare patient for examinations and documenting patient history
Additional tasks but not limited to: Taking medical histories/Explaining treatment procedures to patients/Assisting the physician during examinations/Preparing and administering medications/Phlebotomy/Taking electrocardiograms
Hours:
- Shift: 9-5 M-F but needs to be available for 1 evening shifts (12-8PM on a week day) and 1 Saturday (9-5) every 4-6 weeks.
