ManTech Asset Management Analyst in Washington, District Of Columbia

Currently, ManTech is seeking a motivated, mission-oriented Asset Management Analyst, in Washington, DC to provide unparalleled support to our customer and to begin an exciting and rewarding career within ManTech. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

As an Asset Management Analyst, one will provide on-site project management and administrative support and coordination to a complex program. Duties may include but are not limited to the following:

  • Contract accounting, reporting, contract administration and scheduling projects

  • Tracking annual fiscal plans and monthly updates

  • Payroll, personnel processing and purchasing

  • Maintenance reporting, facility leasing and service administration

  • Maintaining budgets, preparing contract-billing, estimating materials, equipment, production costs and delivery schedules

  • Overseeing personnel records, facility administration and purchasing equipment and supplied

  • Preparing final correspondences, reports and other published material; preparing briefing material

  • Maintaining program files; supporting budget and finance functions; organizing and conducting inventories

  • Maintaining records and documents for accountability and executing administrative operating processes and procedures

Minimum Q ualifications:

  • Two (2) years’ experience performing administrative support functions

  • Experience with word processing and desktop publishing application software and hardware

  • Must be familiar with Government procedures, policies and security

  • Must be proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, ect.)

  • Must be knowledgeable in courier procedures

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred

Security Clearance Requirements:

  • Must possess an active Top Secret (TS) clearance with Sensitive Compartmentalized Information (SCI) Eligibility

Physical Requirements:

  • Must be able to remain in a stationary position 50% of the time. Needs to occasionally move about inside the office to access file cabinets, office machinery, etc

  • Frequently communicates with co-workers, management, and customers, which may involve delivering presentations
