Amazon Web Services (AWS) is seeking a Senior Digital Marketing Manager to lead the end-to-end management of the AWS Partner Network (APN) web presence. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing web support operations, including managing content intake, troubleshooting technical issues, and ensuring a seamless, high-quality experience for internal and external stakeholders.

As the ideal candidate, you will drive the execution of high-impact web strategies and initiatives. You will lead the development, maintenance, and optimization of web templates using Adobe Experience Manager (AEM), applying your expertise in UX design and web technologies to create engaging digital experiences. You will be at the forefront of setting rigorous standards for quality assurance (QA), ensuring that all published content is error-free, secure, and adheres to AWS’s high standards. In addition, you will support web operations by managing the intake process for web content, resolving technical issues, and leveraging automation tools to improve efficiency.

Basic Qualifications

  • 8+ years of experience in digital marketing, web strategy, or a related field.

  • 5+ years of experience in web development with AEM or other enterprise CMS.

  • Proven experience in managing large-scale global web projects, including troubleshooting and technical support.

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, computer science, or a related discipline.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Extensive knowledge of cloud computing concepts.

  • Experience leading cross-functional teams and managing stakeholder relationships at senior levels.

  • Expertise in Adobe Analytics, SQL, or other data analysis tools.

  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and translate it into actionable business insights.

  • Experience with generative AI tools and their application in digital marketing.

  • Knowledgeable in support operations automation to streamline processes and improve customer service efficiency.

  • Strong communication and leadership skills, with a proven track record of driving results through innovation and influence.

Key job responsibilities

  • Own and manage web support operations, including intake for content authoring and troubleshooting technical issues to ensure timely resolution and minimal disruption.

  • Lead the creation, maintenance, and optimization of web templates and pages in Adobe Experience Manager (AEM), setting a high bar for quality, functionality, and design.

  • Establish and enforce rigorous quality assurance (QA) protocols to prevent errors, data leaks, or security vulnerabilities, ensuring all web content meets AWS’s high standards for quality and compliance.

  • Drive continuous improvement in web authoring workflows, identifying and implementing process efficiencies to streamline operations and enhance marketer enablement.

  • Lead cross-functional collaboration with internal stakeholders to define, manage, and achieve service level agreements (SLAs) for web requests, ensuring the successful delivery of web initiatives aligned with business goals.

  • Utilize expertise in support operations automation to optimize digital workflows, improve response times, and enhance overall operational efficiency.

  • Partner closely with business intelligence, engineering, partner marketing, and product management teams to enhance website instrumentation, multivariate testing, and analytics capabilities.

  • Manage relationships with senior stakeholders to ensure alignment, support web initiatives, and drive strategic outcomes.

Basic Qualifications

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $112,800/year in our lowest geographic market up to $186,500/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company. Dependent on the position offered, equity, sign-on payments, and other forms of compensation may be provided as part of a total compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits.
