Danaher Corporation Senior Financial Analyst - Corporate FP&A in Washington DC, District Of Columbia

The Senior Analyst, Financial Planning & Analysis will be the Finance business partner across the G&A organization including Science and Technology, HR, Legal, IT, DBS and Tax. The role will also support the collection, review and assessment of enterprise-wide spend.

This position is part of the Corporate Financial, Planning & Analysis (FP&A) team and will be located in Washington DC.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to:

  • Act as a finance partner to G&A functional leaders and build effective relationships with OpCo IT and Finance teams

  • Support the forecasting, budgeting, and strategic review processes for corporate functional leadership including managing accurate datasets and/or dashboards to identify trends and provide insights that can help drive business decisions

  • Lead the development of a wide range of analyses focused on historical spend and headcount to support the unique needs of each G&A function

  • Work closely with the G&A functional leaders on business requirements to build a consistent ontology framework / reporting structure for each function in collaboration with IT teams

  • Utilization of artificial intelligence and machine learning tools (including LLMs) to transform large and complex financial datasets and a nalyze datasets to provide insights that can help drive business decisions

The essential requirements of the job include:

  • Bachelor's degree or higher in Finance or Accounting with CPA preferred.

  • Minimum of 5 years in areas of increasing responsibility in a finance function

  • Proficient in reporting and dashboarding tools and techniques

  • Excellent executive presence, communication and relationship building skills

  • Multi-tasking capabilities; professionally handles the pressure of meeting multiple, high-priority deadlines

It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in:

  • Prior experience and proficiency with tools BI and Analytics tools like Palantir, SQL and Power BI will be an asset

  • Will be a self-starter and proven team player capable of prioritizing his or her own work and/or problems simultaneously

  • Must be comfortable working in a high-energy, quickly changing and demanding environment

The salary range OR the hourly range for this role is $90,000 to $115,000. This is the range that we in good faith believe is the range of possible compensation for this role at the time of this posting. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range. This range may be modified in the future.

This job is also eligible for bonus/incentive pay.
