For the Mobility Industry (Siemens Mobility) at Siemens we are looking for a person for the position of Tax Specialist (f/m/d). This person will be responsible for financial activities, including: for CIT calculations, preparation of data for VAT reporting.
What are your responsibilities?
CIT Tax computation for Tax Manager verification,
Deferred tax computation and preparation the local part of financial Statement in this area.
Data preparation for vat tax reporting (SAF T VAT, EC sales list)
Monitoring of CIT, VAT tax payments / tax receivables led by Global Shared Services/ accounting
WHT Tax reporting
Long Term Contracts balance sheet and P&L position for tax purposes verification.
Financial and Tax audit support- contact person for CF and Global Shared Services for data downloads form the system
Tax advisory, support of Siemens businesses in CIT/VAT bookings
Contacts with tax authority including handling Tax controls and cross controls
Analysis of the correctness of accounting entries (IFRS and Tax)
Maintaining records of fixed assets and WNiP and cooperation in the settlement of investments (IFRS and Tax).
Participation in the month and year closing process,
Preparation of reports and analyses
Tax law changes monitoring, updating regulations and processes,
Archiving
Fin control owner
What do you need to qualify for this job?
Master degree in Accountancy / Finance or Economic At least 3 years of professional experience in relevant field in multinational company
Fluent English
Good practical knowledge of SAP
Excellent knowledge of MS Excel
Good analytical skills
Communications and organizational skills
Willingness to solve complex problems, proactively looking for answers
License of the Ministry of Finances to provide bookkeeping services or Tax advisory License would be an advantage
