  • developing Best in Class Marketing Capabilities, processes and methodologies across CEE region (Market Analysis, Business Case design, Mix analysis…);

  • driving fast implementation, adoption, and execution of new marketing approaches and guidelines;

  • accelerating CEE Profitable Growth by developing and implementing marketing strategies across CEE;

  • developing and implementing pricing guidelines in the cluster;

  • providing CEE Business Managers with insights, calls to action and KPIs to monitor progression of marketing approaches implementation;

  • organizing the Marketing Team to ensure good coverage and Regional / Local coordination;

  • developing and implementing KOL strategies and coordinate with local markets

    What you’ll need

  • Minimum 5 years in professional, international experience in marketing for a medical technology company as a leader.

  • Experience in sales and/or in cooperation with operating rooms is an advantage.

  • Proficiency in building strategies, planning, organization, delegation, problem-solving, and decision-making.

  • Strong process-orientation and process improvement mindset; results-driven and action-orientation.

  • Proven track record in leading transformational change;

  • Strategic thinking and excellent communication skills, with an emphasis on influence, building relationship, inspiring, and coaching different business partners

  • Native level of, at least one, CEE language and fluent in English.
