The HR Business Partner delivers best practice and commercially focused HR solutions that support the commercial team in achieving its operating plan. This role is responsible for manpower planning and supporting TA Team in recruitments, building talent pipelines and career progression paths, as well as coordinating and administering various HR programs, initiatives, and activities specifically for the commercial team and other supporting roles at the Middle Management level. As a member of the Middle Management Team, the HR BP plays a crucial role in driving the success of the local site.
Act as a liaison between the commercial team, operational management, staff, compensation and benefits, legal counsel, and outside service providers to provide timely and accurate HR support for the business.
Under limited supervision of the HR Manager, coordinate various aspects of compensation and benefits, recruitment, training, development, and employee relations matters for the commercial team.
Maintain relationships with the Work Council and Social Committee.
Support Middle Managers by ensuring an available pipeline of potential employees through various labor channels such as interns, foreign workers, local workers, and agency personnel.
Partner with the sales team to develop onboarding processes tailored to sales roles, ensuring new hires are well-prepared to meet sales objectives.
Support Middle Managers with communication, coaching, and performance management as required.
Coordinate ‘on the job training’ for students at tech schools, providing work experience, onboarding, and using this approach to build our talent pipeline.
Act as the first line HR contact for all employees.
Serve as the Leading Watermark Champion for the site, ensuring participation hours each year and leveraging Watermark to engage managers and employees through meaningful activities that also benefit families and the community.
Provide guidance and support on compliance and regulatory requirements relevant to sales activities, helping to mitigate risks and ensure adherence to compliance policies.
Managing of incentive programs and recognition initiatives to drive sales performance and employee engagement within the commercial team.
Support improvement projects in the organization and HR.
Be an active part of the Middle Management Team, ensuring effective communication and supporting the team’s growth.
Support other HR projects as required.
Work closely with other country HR Team Members to ensure effective communication and hig level collaboration.
Drive talent management and succession planning within the commercial team, and N-1 Middle Managers, completing the Talent Review process with Middle Managers for key positions and identifying critical gaps.
Coach supervisors and managers to address these gaps and ensure development actions are in place to build our pipeline of successors.
Required Qualifications:
Master's Degree (preferred) or equivalent skills in Human Resources, Business or related field.
5+ years of professional experience in HR in Service/SSC/Offive environment, manufacturing environment experience is an advantag
