Nestle Group Customer Development Manager in Warszawa, Poland
Your responsibilities:
Category development management for key clients in the Modern Trade channel
Build short- and medium-term plans for category development strategies in clients
Conduct contract negotiations and their execution with the most important clients
Build long-term and professional relationships with clients
Control, analysis, preparation and implementation of action plans to achieve the goal
Management of the KAM group, employee development (being a mentor and coach)
Cooperation in cross-functional teams, e.g. category development, marketing, supply chain, sales support, SRM, controlling
What will make you successful:
Experience in conducting negotiations with Modern Trade customers (minimum three negotiating cycles, Scotwork methodology preferred)
Experience as a Key Account Manager - preferred FMCG industry
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Building lasting business relationships, conduct effective negotiations and creatively look for solutions
Being independent in your actions and excellent in: teamwork, presentation, sales and negotiation skills
English (minimum B2), fluent Polish is necessary
Knowledge of MS Office will also be required
Driving license category B
