Team/Role Overview:
This is a product management role covering liquidity management services products, related to UK and Europe clients. This includes main liquidity concentration products, interest optimization as well as investments. The role is place in Warsaw/Poland, in a small growing team, with reporting line to MD /Head of Liquidity Management Services UK/Europe.
The key objectives of the role is a day to day product management, including product risk, pricing, exceptions, regulatory reviews as well as product commercialization's.
What you’ll do:
End-end of product management of deposit services product portfolio across UK/Europe
Key strategic drivers including establishment of deposit & investments capabilities in UK/Europe branches, pricing frameworks and other deposit management initiatives
Commercialization strategies including inclusion, including RFP process, client presentations, negotiations
Managing Deposit Protection framework, reporting, coordination of stakeholders;
Drive rationalization and productivity initiatives around client queries, benchmarks, account classes analysis and potential rationalization and incorporation of Big Data and reporting leading to efficiency, a superior client experience and revenue upside
Management of risk, controls and regulations – MCAs, PAPs, FATCA, other tax regulations
What we’ll need from you:
Experience of Cash products with deep understanding of deposit products/balance sheet gained through Treasury, Finance, O and T, Implementation background
Basic understanding of client liquidity and investment practices, solutions and systems and changes impacting that landscape (regulations, macroeconomic etc.)
Project management skills and experience of managing large and complex projects across multiple geographies
Sound knowledge of Microsoft Office applications essential – MS Excel and PowerPoint in particular
Excellent interpersonal skills, to be able to work together with people from over 50 countries, as well as manage a team
Ability to perform under pressure
Ability to influence and coordinate multiple internal stakeholders around a common goal and strategy
Rigorous attention to detail and focus on execution
Highly self-motivated and driven
