Job Title: Trainer and Compliance Specialist - Collections and Cash Application
Location: Warsaw, Poland (onsite)
Department: Global Business Services
Working hours: 2-10 PM local time

Job Summary: The Trainer and Compliance Specialist for Collections and Cash Application will be responsible for developing and delivering training programs, ensuring compliance with internal policies and external regulations, and supporting the continuous improvement of collections and cash application processes. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in training, compliance, and financial operations, with excellent communication and organizational skills.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and deliver comprehensive training programs for collections and cash application teams, ensuring all team members are well-versed in best practices and compliance requirements.
Monitor and ensure compliance with internal policies, procedures, and external regulations related to collections and cash application.
Conduct regular audits and assessments to identify areas for improvement and ensure adherence to compliance standards.
Collaborate with the Director of Collections and other stakeholders to develop and implement process improvements and training initiatives.
Maintain up-to-date documentation of training materials, compliance guidelines, and standard operating procedures.
Provide ongoing support and guidance to team members, addressing any questions or concerns related to compliance and training.
Stay informed about industry trends and regulatory changes, ensuring the organization remains compliant and up-to-date with best practices.
Prepare and present regular reports on training effectiveness, compliance status, and process improvement initiatives to senior management.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in collections, cash application, training, or compliance roles.
Strong knowledge of compliance regulations and best practices in collections and cash application.
Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex information clearly and effectively.
Proven experience in developing and delivering training programs.
Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel; experience with ERP systems is a plus.
Fluency in English; additional language skills are a plus.
