Key Activities & Accountabilities
The Supervisor MDM responsibilities included but are not limited to
Operations management
Organize and distributes team’s activities, demand planning, handles backlog
Ensures a backup structure and allocates resource according to workload fluctuations
Drives process standardization and continuous improvement
Develops, maintain and reports KPI’s
Ensures relevant policies and guidelines are followed and embedded into day-to-day operations
Serves as escalation point for MDM related matters and is able to resolve issues
Works closely with different departments and proactively manages stakeholders
Adopts process excellence methodology (lean six sigma, MDI, change control) and ensures compliance to it
Control and compliance
Maintains a quality focus culture within the team
Responsible for preparing/reviewing SOX controls as defined by EFSSC controls framework
When necessary, defines corrective actions (together with Manager)
Reviews, creates and maintains internal processes and controls documentation
Identifies, develops and delivers the MDM relevant training
Maintain objectivity, independence, and due professional care consistent with Stryker and external standards
Protect organization's value by keeping information confidential
People Management
Leads and develops the team
Works with direct reports to establish goals and objectives,
Drives improvements in employee engagement (Q12)
Ensures that relevant information is communicated to direct reports enabling them to effectively carry out their functions
Delegates tasks in line with skill, knowledge, and ability, where necessary (together with the Manager) identifies skill gaps and training requirements
Takes necessary steps to address issues that may impact performance
Handles personnel issues relating to staff conflicts, absenteeism, etc.
Education Requirements
Bachelor or HBO Degree in Finance /Business related subjects
Lean or Six Sigma green / black belt is a plus
Fluent spoken and written English, any other European language is a plus
Work Experience
A combined professional experience of 3-5 years is required in the areas of finance master data: vendor, customer, items, employees, chart of accounts or shared service organization
Service Now or similar workflow management tooling - preferable
ERP systems (Oracle, SAP, MFG pro, BPCS, PRMS) - preferable
