People Services Administrator
About the Role:
As a CBRE People Services Administrator, you will be responsible for providing HR service delivery for our EMEA - Poland business which supports an employee population of over 30,000. The purpose of this role is to proactively deliver an exceptional HR service to the EMEA - Poland business, supporting the wider HR team, employees, and line managers.
What You’ll Do:
Be the first point of contact for all HR Benefits related queries, managing the enquiry from contact through to closure
Providing quality responses to queries and requests raised by Employees, Managers and HR BPs within agreed SLAs in case management systems
Administration of Benefits databases for medical, life and other provider. Processing adding new members, changes and leavers to those bases.
Providing check of invoices and payroll input of benefits details.
Providing benefit induction for new joiners
Being a subject matter expert on Benefits for the other team members, shares own experience and
knowledge with others
Documents administration for foreign employees
What You’ll Need:
Knowledge of Polish and English language native/ advanced level;
Experience in HR Admin/HR Benefits administration welcomed
Excellent customer service skills
Advanced excel skills
High level of accuracy and attention to detail essential;
Ideally has experience working with a Core People System, Peoplesoft desirable and payroll systems
Nice to have an experience working in a Shared Services environment, using a case management tool.
Master/bachelor’s degree with preference on Human Resources
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills;
Good organisation, prioritisation and multi-tasking skills;
High level of PC/database skills, including Microsoft Office;
Ability to work with tight deadlines
Ability to work individually as well as in the team
