Senior Payroll Specialist

What You’ll Do:

  • Preparing payroll inputs (focused on job contracts, civil contracts in cooperation)

  • Verification of payroll calculations

  • Employees’ working time settlement

  • Preparation document for Employees required by law and on requests

  • Answering Employees inquires

  • Preparing all payroll related statutory payments, filing, final reporting and salary payments as per payroll’s end to end process

  • Coordinating payroll administration so that all processing is in accordance with the payroll deadlines

  • Year-end processing

  • Working with other team members to meet payroll deadlines

What You’ll Need:

  • University degree - minimum bachelor’s degree,

  • Experience in reward and remuneration area at least 3 years,

  • Knowledge of Polish labour law is mandatory,

  • Knowledge of T&A (time and attendance settlement) is mandatory,

  • Good English both written and verbal is mandatory,

  • Very good knowledge of Excel,

  • Strong reporting skills,

  • Excellent analysis and problem-solving skills,

  • Experience in HR/Payroll field from multi-national company will be an asset,

  • Knowledge of any ERP software (Enova will be an asset),

  • Good team player with strong organizational and problem-solving skills,

  • Self-motivated, good communication skills,

  • Adaptability, flexibility and learning agility.
