Manufacturing Manager

As aManufacturing Manager, you will be responsible for providing leadership, direction, and coordination of all manufacturing, production control, quality, end-to-end material flow, and continuous improvement activities across the plant.

What you will do:

  • Manage production and support processses to achieve expected results concerning Safety-Quality-Delivery-Inventory and Productivity

  • Work closely with production team to ensure all members of the manufacturing team are aware of safety policies to provide a safe workplace

  • Continuously improve operations according to Lean / OPEX / Kaizen principles to achieve defined Future State of all Value Streams

  • Implement/maintain Daily Management System in manufacturing and supply chain

  • Implement Global Operational Excellence Program

  • Ensure expected level of inventory accuracy to meet or exceed inventory adjustment and product scrap budget

  • Reduce manufacturing lead time by process optimization

  • Manage bottlenecks in the process - allocate human and equipment resources and direct production employees to attain all established goals

  • Review and make recommendations for changes in industrial engineering (plant process and workflow) for the facility

  • Remove waste and constraints from the production process to improve efficiencies and enhance productivity

  • Coordinate the hiring and the training of all manufacturing personnel

    What you need to have:

  • Full professional proficiency in Polish and English

  • At least 7-10 years of progressive leadership experience including Production Management

  • Bachelor's degree in engineering or equivalent experience with a strong technical affinity

  • Continuous Improvement Leadership Experience

  • Competent in Enterprise Resource Planning, Material Requirements Planning and Manufacturing Execution Systems

  • Lean Manufacturing / Six Sigma Certification desired

  • Production Planning / Supply Chain experience desired

  • Proficient in MS Office

  • Ability to work effectively with all levels of the organization

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  • Ability to make significant improvements in unstructured manufacturing environments

  • Problem Solving skills
