You support and guide Plants through the deployment and adoption process of Digital/IoT solutions. Act as the Centre of Excellence for MEU Manufacturing teams, to ensure successful Digital Transformation in the Plants. Govern the process, escalate road blockers to the appropriate teams, maintain up-to-date documentation and foster knowledge sharing and inspiration across Community of Practice.

Collaborate with MDS Innovation team, Regional Engineering team and Global Central Analytics Team in Piloting new digital solutions for Manufacturing

Collaborate with IL6S Pillar leads and Plant Key Users to leverage applications in the zero loss journey.

How you will contribute

You will:

  • Guide plant teams through the deployment process of Digital/IoT applications, ensuring smooth and efficient implementation.

  • Act as the centre of excellence for Digital/IoT application deployment, providing expert knowledge and support.

  • Maintain deployment documentation, playbooks, and templates, with the support of vendors.

  • own application lifecycle - CI and development in coordination with Engineering and MDS

  • Manage a community of practice (to foster knowledge sharing and inspire the use of IoT applications across plants.

  • Collaborate with IL6S Pillar leads and plant key users to understand needs and identify areas for future development.

  • Collaborate with Plants, MDS Innovation team, Central Analytics Team to Pilot new solutionse.g. NCLC, Digital Twin, AI/ML models etc.

  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders such a Plant Directors, Plant Leadership teams, Site Digital Leads, and other Regional and Global stakeholders e.g. from MDS Innovation team, Central Analytics Team

  • Manage Vendors and Service Provides, collaborate with External Consultants.

What you will bring

  • Extensive experience in projects management in a complex matrix organization

  • Extensive experience partnering with strategic leaders and building collaborative working relationships with cross-functional stakeholders including in technology, finance and operations

  • Experience working with geographically distributed teams in an international environment

  • Ability to master details across broad subject matters and synthesizing the essence in concise communication

  • Background in Digital/IoT applications and deployment processes preferred.

  • Knowledgeable about technical elements, ideally with a background in Information Technology, automation, or as a digital enthusiast. A Bachelor’s Degree in a related field is preferred, but equivalent practical experience will also be considered.

The responsibilities of this position are performed within the framework of a regional business model that is defined and managed by Mondelēz Europe GmbH, Switzerland .
