Governance, Administration and Audit (GAA) Analyst

About the Role:

The GAA Analyst will be the SPOC for the T1 vendors regarding onboarding and systems tools access, ensuring the correct governance processes are implemented and maintained accroding to the rtthme of business deadlines. The GAA Analyst will oversee the Transaction and Project Management governance processes, confirming the compliant procedures are followed with timely scorecard, document uploads and monitoring the completion of project closeouts. Each GAA Analyst will work closly with GAA Program Manager and GAA Analayts in other regions (AMS and APAC). On occasion it may be required to join calls out of hours calls with colleagues in the US, EMEA and APAC time zones,.

What You’ll Do:

  • Annually, partener with Global Team and stakeholders to establish the Global Rhythm of Business (ROB)

  • Manage regional ROB and deliverables by scheduling, tracking and ensuring receipt of stakeholder inputs; sheduling playbook reviews

  • Onboard/OffboardPGMO staff, support system set up and orienteering incl ongoing internal access administration (to include PgMO, MAVS, GFSC team members)

  • Serve as SPOC for fielding T1 Vendor onboarding issues and governance, ensuring the onboarding governance and guidance files are consistently updated with the changes

  • Establish/maintain compliant PGMO document repository (SharePoint/Teams)

  • Oversight Project Link governance processes and support in SOX audits (e.g. membership of Security Groups)

  • Oversight of T1 vendor document maintenance in MS Systems from Planning through to closeout. Review of processes and roll out of new structures when required

  • Deliver to a set cadence of TM and PM Closeouts document reviews ensuring completeness of document uploads by T1 vendors

  • Manage Supplier Performance Manager tool inputs (PGMO, T1 Vendor QAS and Closeout scorecards)

  • Maintain GWS Platforms Hub (SharePoint site) ensuring links are live and active, content is updated in line with business changes

  • Coordiante and consolidate data for PGMO QBRs from multiple sources

  • Track requests sent to PGMO and identif where there are peaks and what processes can be put in place to improve

  • Participate in CBRE PGMO Initiatives and improvement opportunities at the direction of the GAA Global Lead

  • Performs additional job duties as requested by Line Manager

What You’ll Need:

  • 3 – 5 years experience in the corporate sector (Real Estate Preferred)

  • Highly accountable and suited to working autonomously on own initiative

  • Understanding and experience of the Real Estate Industry

  • Knowledge of Transaction Management and Project Management

  • Understanding of real estate support functions, including Sourcing, Finance, and Technology

  • Understanding of the principles of audit and governance processes, experience within audit preferred

  • Client and stakeholder relationship management skills, with the ability to influence inputs from key stakeholders

  • Good / Very Good Microsoft Office 365 skills (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, OneNote, Outlook, Teams

  • Fluency in English and able to communicate clearly in emails and on calls

  • Strong communication and facilitation skills

  • Strong organizational skills

  • Flexibility across time ones
