Key Accountabilities:

  • Understand the commercial model and enforce governance and compliance to support effective execution.

  • Work closely with Finance & Contract Support Manager to implement baseline and savings tracking reporting and analysis and deliver on customer’s expectations.

  • Support seamless management of contract across multiple regions and provide direct financial support and expertise to the account.

  • Working closely with operations and finance team to identify all possible savings opportunities and ensure that financial targets are achieved.

  • Support compilation of both Client & CBRE annual budgets & quarterly forecasts .

  • Ensure all policies & finance procedures are adhered to. Share best practices and innovation especially around contract terms.

  • Develop strong relationships with both the Client operational and Client finance teams.

  • Manage regular financial reporting & analysis (balance sheet preparation and reviews, produce Client reports and provide value add financial commentary, preparation of billing requests, perform month end closing, explain variances between actuals and the budget or forecast etc.) using various systems being implemented.

  • Support in ad-hoc financial analysis and projects as required.

  • Achieve results within quality and time restraints across multiple locations and countries.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree from a four-year college or university in a business related field (or equivalent).

  • At least 3-5 years of experience in Finance.

  • Fluent English and Polish in speaking and writing is a must.

  • Ability to work independently, requiring minimal supervision when appropriated, and effective in a complex environment.

  • The successful candidate will have excellent organizational skills who is results/ tasks orientated, with attention to detail and accuracy.

  • Strong technical, financial control and accounting skills. Open to new ways of working to challenge inefficiencies.

  • Excellent PC and Microsoft Office skills is essential. Knowledge of Financial systems used in CBRE (iScala / Oracle / Peoplesoft / TM1 / Coupa ) preferred.

  • Self-motivated, reliable & flexible team player, who is able to work on own initiative and multi-task on projects to meet deadlines.

  • Excellent communication skills both written and verbal, and able to communicate with people at all levels across the account and develop effective relationships at all levels.

  • Qualified accountant or working towards an accounting qualification is highly desirable.
