Meta Client Solutions Manager, CEE - CPG, Grocery Retail, Automotive & Tech in Warsaw, Poland

Summary:

The Client Solutions Manager is responsible for building strategic partnerships, driving growth, advertiser education and satisfaction by leveraging data-driven insights. This is an outstanding opportunity to be at the center of some of Meta's most important commercial relationships in the CEE region. The Client Solutions Manager is a strategic solution-driver who puts customers at the core of everything they do. You should have a deep passion for Meta platforms and a proven understanding of both online and traditional media. Success in this position requires consultative sales and analytical skills, collaboration with internal cross-functional partners, and the ability to thrive in a dynamic, team-focused environment delivering against tight deadlines. The ideal candidate will have proven experience in selling marketing solutions to multichannel advertisers as well as full-scope project management and ability to orchestrate the execution in a complex, multi-stakeholder environment. Having experience managing both brand and performance-based campaigns and ability to leverage data and analytics to improve performance for digital campaigns is required.This role will be located at our CEE-hub office in Warsaw.

Required Skills:

Client Solutions Manager, CEE - CPG, Grocery Retail, Automotive & Tech Responsibilities:

  1. Serve as an industry expert in social media and digital advertising in order to drive vertical and client success leveraging Meta’s ongoing solution and technology developments

  2. Drive ongoing client education on products, new solutions and best practices to drive adoption and grow business partnership

  3. Conduct deep data analyses to guide client strategy, which may include setting up dashboards to detect performance patterns and translate them into actionable insights

  4. In a tight collaboration with Client Partner, develop and actively manage short- and long-term account plans based on client brand and direct response marketing objectives, fully owning solutions plans and delivery

  5. Create and deliver consultative sales presentations using industry expertise, market trends, and Meta marketing solutions

  6. Drive and co-ordinate complex projects across the various entities internally and externally (client, agencies, business partners)

  7. Manage internal account operations flawlessly and accurately (sales pipeline, revenue delivery, media recommendations, troubleshooting issues, optimization opportunities)

  8. Actively contribute to regional sales team goals including ongoing expertise development

  9. Ability to travel as needed

  1. Knowledge of SQL, relational databases, and/or statistical packages such as R, SAS, SPSS

  2. Basic understanding of coding and HTML

  3. Basic understanding of attribution modeling/measurement

  4. Understanding of ad tech ecosystem

  5. Experience as a Meta's user and knowledge of Meta's ad products

  6. Demonstrated experience with digital media platforms, advertising metrics, and industry trends (Direct Response marketing, data and technology solutions, ad-tech, partnerships)

  7. BA/BS degree in a technical or marketing field
