Citigroup Client Onboarding Senior Analyst in Warsaw, Poland
Customer Onboarding Business Analyst is a position with professional experience. Applies in-depth disciplinary knowledge to contribute to the development of new technology functionalities, process and workflow improvements for Gloabal Custody Account Opening. Integrates substantive and industry knowledge in a specific area. Requires a thorough understanding of how areas integrate together within sub-functions, and coordinate and contribute to the function's goals and overall operations.
Responsibilities:
Gathering and preparing business requirements
Supporting all project phases starting form requirements preparation till project implementation
Focus on processes standardization and automation
Demonstrates high level of motivation and organizational skills.
Focuses on timely and accurate delivery of all account opening projects/deliverables
Conduct trainings for operational teams, introducing new functionalities
Understanding business needs and requirements and implements them correctly. Understands new customers/operational requirements and ensures adequate support to new customer requirements and initiatives.
Monitors operational systems end users satisfaction
Qualifications:
5-8 years of experience in Global Custody and project area
Experience in business requirements and preparations in various methodologies
Good interpersonal communication skills, able to communicate with internal and external business partners.
Ability to interact confidently with senior management.
Advanced execution skills in a multi-tasking mode.
Able to work under pressure and covert opportunity from risk.
Fluent English (written and spoken).
