Job Purpose:

This role is in Benefits Health and Insurance team with geographic focus on Europe and MEA. This role will support global initiatives by close cooperation with HR Community and benefits providers to deliver the best products in line with global strategy and with respect to Third Party Management process.

What you'll do:

  • Assisting in developing and executing the firm's reward strategy, managing the key areas of reward, benefits and pensions as well as liaise with third parties to develop a consistent best practice approach.

  • Managing and tracking progress for success for the Operational Excellence team.

  • Managing data integration, liaising between Benefits Vendors and HRSS, participating on global calls to coordinate with regional Benefits partners and on calls with vendor to provide status updates.

  • Updating Citi project management tools with status reports for Benefits projects and activities.

  • Ensure regional Benefits partners are providing deliverables on time to Vendors and project is on schedule.

  • Evaluate moderately complex and variable issues concerning benefits with substantial potential impact.

  • Influence decisions through advice, counsel and/or facilitating services to others in area of specialisation.

  • Assuming informal/formal leadership role within teams through coaching and training new recruits.

What we'll need from you:

  • 8+ years of relevant work experience required

  • Broad understanding of HR practices in general and benefits provision in particular.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office with an emphasis on MS Excel

  • Ability to meet deadlines while dealing with multiple priorities.

  • Consistently demonstrates clear and concise written and verbal communication skills

  • Requires good analytical skills in order to filter, prioritize and validate potentially complex and dynamic material from multiple sources.

  • Strong communication and diplomacy skills and experience of dealing with a wide range of internal and external third parties
