Accounts Payable Intern

About the Role:

Property Management Accounting delivers high-quality accounting and financial reporting solutions to meet the client's sophisticated accounting needs. Property Management Accounting serves a broad range of commercial real estate, including institutions and investors with office, industrial and retail assets, by providing unique expertise in every aspect of commercial real estate management. The Accounts Payable Team is responsible for managing outstanding balances and payments to the suppliers and vendors, ensuring property costs are booked accurately and payments are processed in timely manner.

What You’ll Do:

  • Participate in day-to-day activities of Accounts Payable Team

  • Assiting with data entry and booking AP invoices in financial system

  • Cooperation with peers and other teams across the Property Management Business Line

What You’ll Need:

· Interest in the area of accounting / univeristy degree in area of finaces/accounting/economy in progress

· Fluent English in written and oral

· Knowledge of German / French / Dutch / Danish / Italian – nice to have

· Open for the first professional experience in accounting department

· Experience with Excel and Outlook

· Team player & Goal-oriented

· Strong communication skillls
