What You Can Expect

The part-time Receptionist is responsible for welcoming on-site visitors, determining nature of business, and announcing visitors to appropriate personnel.

How You'll Create Impact

  • Open and close lobby area each day.

  • Maintain Visitor Log.

  • Distribute badges to visitors and vendors.

  • Receive and log deliveries and notify the appropriate personnel.

  • Assist with preparations for Corporate VIP visit and tours.

  • Work with the Event Coordinators or Admins on catering schedule for events.

  • Work with cleaning staff to restock kitchen areas, coffee stand and refrigerators.

  • Provide clerical assistance with overflow work to various departments; including but not limited to purchase order administration, international shipping ticket creation and maintaining ZB’s internal classifieds.

  • Work with Lab Manager on assisting with events onsite for Medical Education, Sales Education, Engineering, and outside departments

What Makes You Stand Out

  • Must demonstrate good organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.

  • Possess good human relations skills to interact with visitors and vendors in a prompt, courteous manner.

  • Possess both written and verbal command of the English language.

  • Proficiency with Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.

  • Ability to use copiers, scanner, and multi-line phone systems.

  • Ability to lift up to 15 lbs.

Your Background

  • A minimum of a High School Diploma or equivalent is required.

  • A minimum of 2 years of experience as a Receptionist is required.
