Workers typically per | | | | form a variety of tasks, which may include any combination of th | | | | e following: trim/prune, rake/blow/clean up leaves; dig; plant; | | | | pull/chop weeds; haul topsoil; water; mulch; fertilize; sprinkle | | | | r installation; install mortarless segmental masonry units, deco | | | | rative garden walls and landscape stones. No mortar is required. | | | | Lift/carry up to 50 pounds | | | | 40 hours per week; 7:00 am, 4:30 pm | | | | Mon-Fri; work extended daily hours and weekends when necessary. | | | | | | | | Employer paid drug test is Pre- Employmen | | | | t (new hires only), Post Accident, Random (post-employment) New | | | | hires only - employer paid post hire criminal background check. | | | | | | | | Work is supervised. | | | | No experience/education. | | | | | | | | | | | | $19.00 per hour;$28.50/OT; overtime is no | | | | t guaranteed but if worked rate is paid at time and a half per h | | | | our above 40 hours per week. Raise/bonus at employer's discreti | | | | on. Opportunity for higher pay based on experience/performance. | | | | | | | | A single workweek will be | | | | used in computing the wage due.
