We are currently seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Sanitation Technician at our soy sauce factory located in Warrenton, Missouri. As a Sanitation Technician, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the cleanliness and hygiene of our production facility to ensure the highest quality standards for our soy sauce products.
Responsibilities:
Perform thorough sanitation of equipment using power washers and other cleaning tools.
Clean and sanitize production areas, including floors, walls, and machinery.
Follow established sanitation procedures and guidelines to ensure compliance with food safety regulations.
Assist in the production process of soy sauce as needed.
Work collaboratively with production and quality assurance teams to maintain a clean and safe working environment.
Adhere to all safety protocols and wear appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE) at all times.
Report any sanitation issues or equipment malfunctions to the supervisor promptly.
Complete sanitation logs and documentation accurately and on time.
Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent.
Previous experience in sanitation or a related field preferred.
Ability to lift heavy objects and work in a physically demanding environment.
strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness.
Excellent communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team.
Flexibility to work weekends or evenings as needed.
Knowledge of food safety regulations and practices is a plus.
