DESCRIPTION/RESPONSIBILITIES: Location:  Warrendale, PA - HYBRID

As a Sr. Microsoft Dynamics D365 Finance & Operations Lead, you will be responsible for creating and managing appropriate end-to-end, regression, and unit test plans to validate business software and applications function according to defined requirements and standards. Working with the business and technical teams, persons in this position will engage in direct testing to produce quality solutions with a focus on accuracy, efficiency, task completion, and UI/UX to support company's mission of providing an exceptional experience to our customers and teams.

What You'll DO: * Creation and Execution of Testing Plans: + Ensure that deliverables meet requirements of the business stakeholders and their processes. + Ensure that product meets internal and regulatory standards. + Document the user acceptance testing process. + Development of end-to-end, regression, and unit testing plans. + Manage testing for systems, upgrades, and development sprints. + Support testing groups and users. + Gather and present relevant feedback. + Improve efficiencies in testing. + Add automation where appropriate to testing plans. + Engage and lead other groups and end users in testing where appropriate.

  • Development and Other Technical Team Collaboration:
  • Detail, track, discuss, reassess bugs/issues sent back to development and/or partner using Azure DevOps.
  • Facilitate documentation updates with necessary detail to other teams including support and training.
  • Engage in troubleshooting for escalated tickets with internal and external support teams.
  • Work with business/technology consultants and other project team members to understand requirements.
  • Assist in maintaining the design and integrity of internal processes and supporting systems.

What You'll Need: * Key Requirements: + BS in Computer Science and/or relevant work history. + 5+ years with demonstrated history in technical quality assurance with a focus on the end user experience. + Both independent and team oriented as needed.  + Ability to multi-task and set priorities. + Attention to detail. + Strong organizational and time-management skills. + Ability to lead cross functional testing teams. Embody company mission to deliver exceptional experience to our customers and teams. + Ability to develop positive working relationships and a strong rapport with team members and stakeholders. + Strong written and oral communication skills; ability to present and explain information to diverse audiences.  + Application knowledge in Azure DevOps, Microsoft suite of office products, and automated testing solutions. + Familiarity with Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Leap Work helpful.
