Bohler Engineering Entry Level Technical Office Assistant (Print Room) in Warren, New Jersey

Our Warren, NJ office is looking for an Technical Assistant (Print Room) who embodies this purpose.

Responsibilities

  • Utilize KIP Print program for print requests

  • Sign and seal all prints and turn over to Administrative Assistants for Fed-Ex

  • Change paper rolls, ink, and toner for all plotters, as needed

  • Deliver copy paper to all printers throughout office

  • Scan prints as needed

  • Copy and laminate prints and log to bill

  • Maintain all plotters (jams, errors, etc.)

  • Ensure all staff logs print appropriately

  • Retrieve and return files from Dead Storage, when requested

  • Organize files in numerical order and put into cabinets

  • Enter job numbers in PMD

  • Assist with general office set up (desks, boards, cabinets, etc.), as needed

  • Assemble and dissemble conference room chairs

  • Maintain generator log

  • Order and pick up supplies, food orders, etc., as needed

  • Update the QC Tracker daily

  • Verify QC submissions are complete

  • Review checklist and transmittals for special instructions. Send out emails to senders if items missing

  • Provide weekly email blasts with projects QC submittals for the week and a summary of what was sent

  • Create PowerPoints for in-house training sessions (BBLs)

  • Other duties as assigned

Qualifications

  • High School diploma or GED required

  • 1+ years of experience supporting team

  • Proficiency with MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills

  • Ability to handle confidential documents and information with discretion and in a professional manner

  • Self-starter with strong multi-tasking, time management and follow-up skills. Proactive approach and ability to prioritize.

  • Strong attention to detail while maintaining consistent work flow and meeting deadlines

  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
