IQVIA Quality Assurance Analyst - Part Time in Warren, New Jersey

Under guidance provides technical assistance and hands on participation to maintain, troubleshoot and manage enterprise applications.

Essential Functions

  • Assists in the installation, maintenance, and upgrades of internal and external computer hardware and software systems used for designing, developing and deploying company products.

  • Provides hands on management for troubleshooting and maintaining dev, test and production environments across a large number of multi-tenant clients.

  • Controls user access and passwords.

  • Proposes and implements system enhancements that will improve the reliability and performance of the system.

  • Monitors usage and performance.

  • Trains personnel on system usage.

  • Primary focus on supporting internal/direct environments for IQVIA Health SaaS applications.

  • Duties may target monitoring of the cloud based environments, setting up production, test and development environments.

Qualifications

  • Prior experience working on NCPDP D.0 Claims, and testing use IQVIA's Proprietary testing tool

  • Experience with training related to copay assist programs and vouchers

  • 15 years of related experience related to Pharmacy / Manual Claims processing

  • Equivalent work experience may be substituted for degree

  • Incumbent will have a thorough understanding of event processing and monitoring in a global corporate environment. Must have comprehensive knowledge of triaging server, network and application related issues.

  • Must be able to organize, direct and supervise daily activities of the team to ensure optimal effectiveness.

  • Must be able to encourage, motivate and provide recognition to team members.

  • Direct escalations to relevant resources, ensuring management is aware of any major risks, issues or outages.

  • Must be a proven team player with experience in working with colleagues across the globe

The potential base pay range for this role, when annualized, is $57,800.00 - $96,300.00. The actual base pay offered may vary based on a number of factors including job-related qualifications such as knowledge, skills, education, and experience; location; and/or schedule (full or part-time). Dependent on the position offered, incentive plans, bonuses, and/or other forms of compensation may be offered, in addition to a range of health and welfare and/or other benefits.
