Description
Robert Half is currently recruiting for an experienced Legal Secretary for the Warren NJ area. The ideal candidate will provide administrative support to the legal professionals and contribute to the efficient functioning of the organization. Day to day responsibilities will include preparing meeting materials and agendas for shareholders and Board of Directors. Assist with maintenance of corporate licenses and registrations, input and file documentation and additional ad hoc projects.
Requirements
The ideal candidate will have a legal secretary background.
Strong oral and written communication skills, an excellent attention to detail and accuracy, and very strong organizational skills
Proficient in the MS Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and Outlook
Comfortable interacting with senior management and board of directors
