Our insurance arm draws upon impressive global resources and financial strength to tailor each policy to meet the individual needs of our customers.As a Product Attorney for ESU, this individual will work closely with the underwriters in each business segment, the claims organization, actuarial team, and the operations team to manage an existing suite of products as well as create new innovative client solutions.Essential Job Functions: * Draft and negotiate coverage endorsements with distribution partners and underwriters for all Specialty lines and Financial lines of business, including TR, D&O, E&O, EPL, Fiduciary, Crime, and Cyber Liability. * Draft new products for all lines. * Assist the underwriting teams in analyzing various legal and coverage exposures and requests on individual accounts. * Provide training to new and existing underwriting teams on financial lines products as needed. * Work with the state filing team, underwriting, actuary, legal and operations on new forms and maintenance/refreshes of current forms including but not limited to preparation of filing documentation and responding to state objections. * Maintain the forms library. * Monitor future/emerging exposures, communicating and coordinating across the group. * Assist, create and provide presentations along with various business unit heads on product and lines of business specific topics. * Participate in claims meetings for each of the business segments. * Review and approve non-disclosure agreements as needed. * Support the goals of the Product Management Team in streamlining processes across Everest Product UnitsQualifications, Education & Experience: * Juris Doctorate required * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, including the ability to work collaboratively and establish strong working relationships with senior leaders and stakeholders * Ability to work independently; comfortable with loosely defined tasks or ambiguity * Results oriented and adaptable * Strong organization and time management skills * Heavy drafting experience in management liability and financial lines * Insurance industry experience * Demonstrated integrity and discretion handling confidential information * Ability to communicate clearly and effectively, both written and verbalKnowledge, Skills and Competencies: * Problem Solving * Multitasking * Communication * Drafting and editing#LI-RS1#LI-HybridOur Culture At Everest, our purpose is to provide the world with protection.
