Job Title: Production Supervisor

Job Description

The Production Supervisor will manage small work teams in a fast-paced, high-volume, unionized manufacturing environment. Key responsibilities include ensuring team safety, building and training teams, allocating manpower, driving and implementing continuous improvement solutions to enhance product quality, achieving throughput and cost targets, and maintaining team morale. The role involves coordinating all activities to achieve business metrics, implementing processes and initiatives, ensuring the production plan is met, driving continuous improvement activities, ensuring a safe workplace, proactively analyzing quality KPIs, and guiding Team Leaders.

Hard Skills

  • Experience in a union environment managing 40-50 hourly employees in full vehicle assembly

Work Site

This is a fully on-site position in Warren, Michigan.
