Job Title: CNC Machinist
Job Description
We are seeking an experienced CNC Machinist to join our team
The ideal candidate will have experience in prototype CNC machining and the ability to complete setups, tool changes, offsets, G&M code edits, and work independently
This role requires the ability to read and interpret technical drawings, perform quality assurance tests, and troubleshoot machinery issues
Responsibilities
Read technical drawings and set up machines accordingly
Use computer software to model cutting paths and program machines
Perform quality assurance tests to ensure products meet design specifications
Adjust machine cutting paths or settings to optimize production while maintaining quality
Consider tools required to cut particular materials and program machines accordingly
Troubleshoot and resolve problems with machines as they arise
Perform basic machine maintenance such as cleaning and sharpening
Train new team members on proper CNC machine operation and programming
Other duties as assigned
Essential Skills
At least three years of experience as a CNC Machinist in a manufacturing environment
High School Diploma or GED
Edit G&M codes
Strong attention to detail
Skill in interpreting technical drawings and blueprints
Proficiency in troubleshooting and resolving mechanical or logistical problems
Ability to work independently and follow directions closely
Positive and professional attitude

Openings on multiple shifts
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $62400.00 - $79040.00
Benefits once direct. Lots of work from Toyota, weekly OT.
Getting some new work for GM coming in, but Toyota is keeping them busy
